Micah Bachman knows what the Ordnung says about war. It’s wrong, period. Even his desire to become a medic and save the lives of wounded soldiers carries no weight with the church leadership. Upon his return from Afghanistan, the bann is put into effect. Just finished reading An Amish Family Christmas. Short story that was worth reading. From page one I was drawn into the story. Kept my interest all through the book. Loved the ending. First book that I have read by Murray Pura and won’t be the last for sure.
