Happy to share; it seemed like a book you would enjoy given your upcoming trip. :)

That's quite the list of current and upcoming reads! Hope you enjoy them and continue to savor the stories and encouragement.

And I hope you feel better soon and are able to enjoy every moment of meeting your favorite author!

I read a sneek peak of the first chapter of Love Finds You in Sugar Creek Ohio. I really liked it and I know I would love the book. Thanks for reminding me of it.I have read Love Finds You in New York City at Christmas Time. Loved it.
I just finished The Christmas Key by Jolene and William Sharp. I now am reading The River by Beverly Lewis. I have placed a hold at the digital library for First Impressions by Sarah Price. Another one I'm looking forward to. I have preordered Vannetta Chapman's Hidden. That will keep me on the edge of my seat to be sure. I'm also reading an older book by Henry T.Blackaby ,Experiencing God. That is very deep book and I'm lucky to get a chapter a day read.
I don't rush through a book as I enjoy them too much. Often I will take up to 4 days to read a book.
If I can recover from this sinus infection I have I know that I'll really have a great time at Wandas fan weekend. I'll probably be so tongue tied when I meet her I won't be able to say a word. She's definitely my favorite writer.
Happy reading

I'm so pleased to hear that, Shirley. It's great to see your comments here, and we're glad you're enjoying the posts!

Thank you for sharing about your recent reviews. From what you wrote, it sounds like you enjoyed all three of the books and found them to each have something unique and moving about it. That's wonderful! And The River sounds like a very poignant read from a well-known Amish-fiction author. That's a great one to mention!

Also, how exciting about your upcoming trip to Sugarcreek! Have you by chance read Love Finds You in Sugarcreek, Ohio by Serena B. Miller? There's also a movie that aired on TV earlier this summer, although I have yet to see it. The book was good, though!

Have a wonderful time meeting Wanda and enjoying Amish country!

Just wanted to say how much I love Amish Reader .com . I have enjoyed it this past month . In August I did 3 book reviews. Being fairly new to computers I'm not sure how to share a link, but I do my reviews on Amazon. I use the name Shi
As my pen name.
My reviews are as follows.
Josiah For President by Martha Bolton
Priscilla's Story by Sarah Price
The Healing Quilt by Wanda Brunstetter.

I wanted to share that Beverly Lewis has a new book out this month. The title is
The River
Also I wanted to share that my husband and I will be going to Sugar Creek Ohio to attend Wanda Brunstetter's Fan Filled Weekend. We are looking forward to getting to meet Wanda very much.
Blessings
