Just got around to checking the website. We did a little different take on the leftover turkey. My daughter by marriage & I made our version of "fried rice.!" Started out with cooked brown rice, frozen peas & carrots(microwaved a little), turkey smokies sausage, cut up turkey, sauteed onions & mushrooms and a fried rice seasoning packet and some Worcestershire sauce. I often add whatever needs to be used up from the fridge...but we love it and can eat from it for as long as it lasts...which isn't usually too long.
