thank you for that posting. now I need some advice. I am going to become amish in one year (I am 16) but my parents are over protective and are trying to control my life when it comes to the amish? What should i do? Danki again

Elizabeth, good idea, now hold yourself to it! don’t let life intrude on your self-renewing “me” time. It really isn’t selfish–you’ll be better equiped to serve both God and your fellow man.
